Kyrgyz Republic : Report on the Observance of Standards and Codes-Fiscal Transparency Module

This report examines the Observance of Standards and Codes on Fiscal Transparency Module for the Kyrgyz Republic. The assessment reveals that important steps have been taken to improve fiscal transparency in the Kyrgyz Republic in recent years, particularly in the area of budget preparation and execution. The introduction of a treasury system has greatly enhanced expenditure control and the quality of fiscal reporting.
